MILLIPLEX®人垂体面板1是一种7重试剂盒,可用于同时测量人血清、血浆或细胞/组织培养物样品中以下分析物的任何或全部:ACTH,AGRP,CNTF,FSH,GH,LH和TSH。该试剂盒采用96孔板,包含冻干标准混合物、两个内部检测质控品,可最多可测定38份样品,重复两次。
Luminex® xMAP®平台使用磁珠免疫分析格式,以实现理想的速度和灵敏度,同时定量多种分析物,从而显著提高生产力,同时节省宝贵的样品量。
