一般說明

哺乳动物表达七个不同的14-3-3 亚型(γ、ε、β、ζ、σ、θ、τ),它们形成了多种同源和异源二聚体,从而使14-3-3成为关键的多功能调节分子。 14-3-3 亚型与多种神经疾病有关:如亚型γ、ε和β在Creutzfeldt-Jakob患者的脑脊髓液中表达,但是在其它神经疾病(如阿尔茨海默病)患者中没有表达。

免疫组化:1:400-1:800稀释液用于小鼠脑组织,脑组织在免疫标记以前小鼠脑组织在121°C下水化高压蒸汽灭菌( hydrated autoclaving )处理15分钟。内源性过氧化物酶用过氧化氢甲醇溶液封闭,并以正常山羊血清的1:20稀释液进行非特异性标记5分钟。
