最佳工作稀释度必须由最终用户进行确定。

还原/烷基化方案:

在黑暗中将载玻片(印迹)在TBS(PBS)+ 50mM 2-巯基乙醇中37°C孵育3小时进行还原。用TBS洗涤两次,然后在TBS(PBS)+ 20 mg/ml碘乙酸中室温孵育30 min。用TBS(PBS)洗涤两次,然后正常封闭和处理。
