蛋白酶抑制剂混合液 Set I – Calbiochem 已用于裂解缓冲液中以裂解细胞并进行蛋白免疫印迹。
蛋白酶抑制剂鸡尾酒套装I已用作以下产品的补充剂：
- 冷放射免疫沉淀法（RIPA）缓冲液，用于制备蛋白质印迹分析中的细胞裂解液
- RIPA裂解缓冲液，用于提取大鼠肝组织总蛋白和AML12细胞
- 蔗糖溶液，用于均质化小鼠皮质以分离髓鞘
