一种细胞渗透性三肽衍生物，含有Arg-X-Arg激酶，可作为的强效可逆furin抑制剂(Ki = 16 pM)。还显示出以几乎相似的效力，抑制其他几种前蛋白转化酶，如PC1/3、PC4、PAEC4、PC5/6，但不会以任何显著方式影响PC2、PC7和胰蛋白酶样丝氨酸蛋白酶。作为纤溶酶的极弱抑制剂(Ki=7.3 µM)。在细胞中表现出较大的稳定性。显示出以剂量依赖性方式阻断血凝素裂解（1 µM时为40%）和禽瘟病毒（FPV）的传播。即使在高浓度（25-50 µM）下也表现出最小的毒性，并保护人类表皮样癌（HEp-2）细胞免受志贺氏毒素的毒性作用
