钙蛋白酶I(Ki=190 nM),钙蛋白酶II(Ki=220 nM),组织蛋白酶B(Ki=150 nM)和组织蛋白酶L(Ki=500 pM)的抑制剂。抑制中性半胱氨酸蛋白酶和蛋白酶体(Ki = 6 µM)。防止缺氧和缺血引起的神经元损伤。抑制胸腺细胞和晚幼粒细胞中的凋亡。通过抑制细胞周期蛋白B降解,抑制CHO细胞中G1/S边界和中期/后期的细胞周期进程。还可以通过干扰诱导型一氧化氮合酶基因的转录来防止活化巨噬细胞产生一氧化氮。抑制泛素-蛋白酶体复合物对IκBα和IκBβ的蛋白水解作用。
