15:0-18:1-d7-PE (1-十五酰基-2-油酰基(d7)-sn-丙三基-3-磷酸乙醇胺)是氘代磷脂。该脂质包括与十五烷酸和油酸相连的磷脂酰乙醇胺。油酸为氘离子提供庇护。磷脂酰乙醇胺是一种膜磷脂,在其他甘油磷脂合成中充当中间体。

生化/生理作用

磷脂酰乙醇胺(PE)调节蛋白质折叠、蛋白质修饰、自噬和细胞分裂。PE作为糖基磷脂酰肌醇锚定蛋白(GPI-AP)合成的底物。低水平的PE可见于帕金森病,也可抑制蛋白质成熟。
