The model UST 800 dry ice trap is a liquid solventcollecting device for use with fi ltration manifolds, geldryers, vacuum ovens, rotary evaporators, and vacuumconcentrators where the desired solvent collectioncapacity does not exceed 1000 mL. Placed between a KNFvacuum pump and the laboratory device, this trap improvessolvent recovery, pump reliability, eliminates downtime bypreventing excessive liquid condensate from reachingthe pump, and reduces the amount of solvent vaporsreleased into the environment.
