一般說明

采用化学气相沉积法 (CVD) 制备多壁碳纳米管 (MWNT,CNT)。在化学气相沉积 (CVD) 中,挥发性前体在高温下发生热分解形成固体沉积物。管的直径范围在 6-13nm 之间,平均长度为 10μm。多壁纳米管在惰性气氛中稳定,温度高达3697。CVD 生产方法之后是 HCl 脱矿质。

應用
