Description générale
Purified mouse monoclonal antibody generated by immunizing BALB/c mice with the specified immunogen and fusing splenocytes with NS-1 mouse myeloma cells. Recognizes the ~105 kDa Rb protein.

Pre-treatment with heat or pressure cooker may improve staining of some tissue specimens; this should be determined for each specimen. Antibody should be titrated for optimal results in individual systems.
