Descripción general

Sustrato cromógeno para la determinación de fosfatasas ácidas y alcalinas. La reacción da un producto final soluble que es de color amarillo. La reacción puede detenerse con NaOH 3 N y leerse a 405 nm.

Aplicación

La sal hexahidratada del fosfato disódico de 4-nitrofenilo se ha utilizado:
  • como sustrato para la fosfatasa alcalina acoplada a anticuerpo anti-conejo en el enzimoinmunoanálisis de absorción (ELISA)
  • como sustrato para el anticuerpo secundario de ratón unido a la fosfatasa alcalina en el ensayo inmunoenzimométrico
  • en ELISA para analizar la presencia de anticuerpos contra Pseudomonas aeruginosa en muestras de suero animal
