General description

Jeffamine® M-600 is a polyether amine used as a surface modifier for epoxy nanocomposites.

Application

O-(2-aminopropyl)-O′-(2-methoxyethyl)polypropylene glycol can be employed as a dispersant in non-aqueous media for colloidal processing of silicon nitride (Si3N4), resulting in a deagglomerated stable Si3N4 suspension. It is also used to synthesize PEMA-g-PPG graft copolymer [poly(ethylene-alt-maleic anhydride)-g- poly(propylene glycol)] for the process of CO2 capture membranes.
