One unit is defined as the amount of enzyme that will transfer 1.0 µmol phosphate from creatine phosphate to ADP per min at 37°C, pH 7.4.

Reconstitution

Following reconstitution store in the refrigerator (4°C). Add 0.1% BSA to solutions prior to storage. Stock solutions are stable for up to 1 week at 4°C.
