EMEM (EBSS) + 2mM Glutamine + 1% Non Essential Amino Acids (NEAA) + 20% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).

Subkultur-Routine

Maintain cultures between 5-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO₂; 37°C. Cells should not be over diluted.
