Applicazioni

Azioni biochim/fisiol

DPPs (dipeptidyl peptidases) are mainly required for removing amino-terminal X-Proline dipeptide, leading to maturation of essential peptides. DPP7 cleaves neuropeptides, including casomorphin and bradykinin. It also regulates glucose homeostasis and prevents hyperinsulinemia.
