The gene LMO7 (LIM domain only protein 7) is mapped to human chromosome 13q22.2. LMO7 is expressed in early stages of muscle and heart development. The protein localizes in the nucleus and cytoplasm.

Applicazioni

Anti-LMO7 antibody produced in rabbit, a Prestige Antibody, is developed and validated by the Human Protein Atlas (HPA) project . Each antibody is tested by immunohistochemistry against hundreds of normal and disease tissues. These images can be viewed on the Human Protein Atlas (HPA) site by clicking on the Image Gallery link. LMO7 (LIM domain only protein 7) is responsible for activation of myocardin-related transcription factors (MRTFs) and thereby regulates actin cytoskeleton and breast cancer cell migration. LMO7 is linked with Emery-Dreifuss muscular dystrophy.
