Application

The Human Protein Atlas project can be subdivided into three efforts: Human Tissue Atlas, Cancer Atlas, and Human Cell Atlas. Actions biochimiques/physiologiques

Ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme E2D 4 (UBE2D4) is referred as HBUCE1. It belongs to UBE2D family. The gene is identified as E2 partners for IDOL that support both autoubiquitination and IDOL-dependent ubiquitination of the LDLR in a cell-free system.
