Description générale

The Human IL-12(P70) ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) kit is an in vitro enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the quantitative measurement of human IL-12(P70) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants and urine.

Immunogène

Recombinant Human IL-12 p70

Application

For research use only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
Please refer to the attached General ELISA KIT Procedure (sandwich, competitive & Indirect ELISA)
Human IL-12 p70 ELISA kit has been used to determine the concentrations of IL-12, IL-10, IL-1β and TNFα in cell culture supernatants.

Actions biochimiques/physiologiques

IL-12A (interleukin 12 A) is essential for differentiation of Th1 (type 1) cells. Polymorphisms in IL-12A gene is associated with Graves′ and Alzheimer′s disease, rheumatoid arthritis and asthma.
