Application

Phosphate Buffered Saline with 3% Non-Fat Milk, pH 7.4 has been used as a resuspension buffer during umbilical cord perivascular cells separation.

Each pouch dissolved in 100 mL deionized water will yield 0.05 M phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4 at 25 °C, containing 3% (w/v) nonfat milk.
