RNA binding motif protein 45 (RBM45) is made up of 476 amino acids and is expressed in the brain. It is predominantly seen in the nucleus and possesses three RNA recognition motifs (RRMs).

Aplicação

Anti-RBM45 antibody produced in rabbit, a Prestige Antibody, is developed and validated by the Human Protein Atlas (HPA) project . Each antibody is tested by immunohistochemistry against hundreds of normal and disease tissues. These images can be viewed on the Human Protein Atlas (HPA) site by clicking on the Image Gallery link. RNA binding motif protein 45 (RBM45) associates with kelch like ECH-associated protein 1 (KEAP1) and stabilizes it. This binding blocks the antioxidant response and thus accelerates apoptosis. RBM45 is detected in the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of patients with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.
