Reagent-cartridge Biotin tag-PEG2-NH2 is a reagent cartridge for the Synple 2 Automated Synthesizer that enables the biotin tagging of aldehydes and ketones through a reductive amination. The cartridge contains all necessary reagents for linking the chosen aldehyde or ketone substrate to biotin.

Scale: up to 0.1 mmol
Linker: PEG2
Terminal functional group: amine
Compatible substrates: aldehyde, ketone

  • Reducing agent (supported cyanoborohydride)
  • Base (supported triethylamine)
  • SCX (for purification)
