General description

The TSKgel® SuperOligoPW column is designed for the determination of molecular mass of aqueous oligomers, particularly oligosaccharides, and low molecular weight aqueous polymers. Compared to the TSKgel G-Oligo-PW column, the three micron particle size and semi-micro dimensions (15 cm x 6 mm ID) of the TSKgel SuperOligoPW column reduces analysis time by a factor of two while maintaining resolution and lowering solvent consumption.Since the packing material in the TSKgel SuperOligoPW columns is more hydrophilic compared with TSKgel G-Oligo-PW columns, an even wider range of water-soluble polymers can be eluted without the need to add organic solvent to the eluent.
