General description

Talon® Superflow is a cobalt-based IMAC medium offering different selectivity compared to nickel-charged media.

Features and Benefits

  • Cobalt-based chromatography medium designed for purification of histidine-tagged recombinant Proteins by immobilized metal affinity chromatography (IMAC).
  • Suitable for IMAC purification of histidine-tagged Proteins when Ni2+ is not the optimal choice of metal ion.
  • Compatible with commonly used IMAC reagents and appropriate for purifying Proteins under native or denaturing conditions.
  • Allows for Protein purification under native or denaturing conditions and can be used with prokaryotic and eukaryotic expression systems.
