General description

Millicell Microwell Plates are a read-to-use platform for high-throughput and reproduciblity of organoid cultures. Based on an array of ultra-dense U-bottom shaped microwells (uW) in hydrogel, single organoids are robustly generated in each microcvity and grown in suspension-like culture without a solid extracellular matrix. With mulitple configurations available, there is a microwell size that will fit your organoid model.

Application

Organoid and Spheroid Culture

Features and Benefits

  • O-ring with meniscus breaking features: For homogeneous seeding
  • Independent port: For medium change without disturbing the organoids
  • Multiple microwell sizes: Accommodate any organoid type
  • Biocompatible and cell repellent: For efficient aggregation of stem cells
  • Water-based: Allowing diffraction-less imaging
  • Tunable chemistry: For customization according to organoid needs
  • No solid matrix needed
