Application
This mouse monoclonal antibody, Cat. No. MABX51, is tested for use in Lateral Flow Assay and ELISA, for the detection of Recombinant Chikungunya Virus Envelope 1 Protein.
Target description
Chikungunya virus is an arthropod-borne virus (arbovirus) spread by the bite of infected Aedes mosquitoes. It is a member of the Alphavirus genus of RNA viruses. Symptoms of fever and joint pain usually appear within a week of infection. Muscle pain, headache, fatigue and rash may also occur.
