General description
Application
Large sample volumes can be applied in one go, and the histidine-tagged Protein is effectively eluted in a small volume. LabMate PD-10 Buffer Reservoir can be connected to the columns for handling of sample volumes above 10 ml. Leakage of cobalt ions from Talon® Superflow medium is negligible.

- Ready-to-use gravity flow column prepacked with 1 mL Talon® Superflow cobalt-IMAC (immobilized metal affinity chromatography) medium offering a different selectivity compared to nickel-charged media.
- One run takes about 30 minutes, and large sample volumes can be applied all at once.
