General description

HiTrap® Chelating HP is prepacked with Chelating Sepharose High Performance. The medium is charged with the metalion of your choice for Immobilized Metal ion Affinity Chromatography (IMAC) and subsequent purification of polyhistidine tagged proteins.

Application

HiTrap® Chelating HP is a prepacked ready to use, column for preparative affinity chromatography. The special design of the column, together with the matrix, provide fast, simple and easy separations in a convenient format. The columns can be operated with a syringe, peristaltic pump or liquid chromatography system such as ÄKTAdesign or FPLC System

Features and Benefits

  • For optimizing purification of histidine-tagged Proteins using different kinds of metal ions.
  • Conveniently charge with your metal of choice.
  • Iminidoacetic acid coupled to Sepharose High Performance.
  • Purifying Proteins with exposed histidine groups via metal ion complex formation.
  • Simple operation with a syringe, pump or chromatographic system such as ÄKTA® design or FPLC System.
  • Packed with Chelating Sepharose High Performance
  • Simple operation with a syringe, pump or chromatographic system such as ÄKTATMdesign or FPLCTM System
