General description
These columns offer an outstanding stability from pH 1.5 to 10.5 over a wide temperature range, and suitability for up to 100% aqueous mobile phases. Plus, they demonstrate best all-round retention characteristics, as proven by the Tanaka test.
Purospher® STAR RP-18 endcapped, 3 µm Hibar® HR 50-2.1 is a ready to use UHPLC column suitable for connection to any UHPLC system providing a pressure stability of 1000 bar.
The column dimension of 50 mm length x 2.1 mm I.D. is the optimal choice for high throughput UHPLC separation of complex samples allowing significant solvent savings and improved sensitivity. A 2.1 mm I.D. column enables a more sustainable separations in comparison to 4, 4.6 or 3 mm I.D. column due to the use of significant less solvent for the chromatographic separation.
