General description

Ethylenediamine-core poly(amidoamine) (PAMAM) dendrimers are highly branched, “tree-like” core-shell nanostructures made up of amide and amine functional subunits.

Application

PAMAM Dendrimer Kit, generations 4-7 can be used to formulate poorly water-soluble drugs to increase water solubility, and therefore enhance the bioavailability of these drugs. It can also be applied to catalysts and organic molecules, where dendrimers function as solubility enhancers and modifiers, allowing to mix otherwise immiscible materials.

Articles

Environmental concerns are driving the replacement of volatile organic solvents by water and aqueous mixtures. This change often creates challenges because many organic molecules show low water solubility.

The recent emergence of a number of highly functional nanomaterials has enabled new approaches to the understanding, diagnosis, and treatment of cancer.

Our team of scientists has experience in all areas of research including Life Science, Material Science, Chemical Synthesis, Chromatography, Analytical and many others.
