General description

GSTPrep FF 16/10 is prepacked, ready-to-use column containing Glutathione Sepharose 4 Fast FLow designed for one-step, scale-up purification of glutathione S-transferase (GST)-tagged proteins.
The pressure over the packed bed varies depending on a range of parameters such as the characteristics of the chromatography medium and the column tubing used.

Application

Glutathione Sepharose 4 Fast FLow is for scale-up purification of recombinant GST-tagged Proteins, other glutathione S-transferases, and glutathione-dependent Proteins. Mild elution conditions preserve Protein antigenicity and function.

Features and Benefits

  • Fast and easy one-step, scale-up purification of GST-tagged Proteins.
  • Binds approx. 200 mg recombinant GST/column
  • Mild elution conditions preserving Protein antigenicity and function.
  • Simple operation with a pump or chromatography system, such as ÄKTA® design.
