Sodium phosphotungstate tribasic hydrate is the hydrated trisodium salt of phosphotungstic acid.

Application

Sodium phosphotungstate tribasic hydrate was employed as stain in transmission electron microscopic (TEM) studies. It may be used in the preparation of negative stains for use in microfluidic-dialysis conditioning module, which comprises the main unit of electron microscopy (EM) grids.
