General description

Anti-FAP, mouse monoclonal, clone F11-24, recognizes fibroblast activation protein in human. It is validated for use in flow cytometry, immunoprecipitation, & immunohistochemistry (frozen sections).

Other Notes

Does not react with resting fibroblasts of normal organ mesenchyme or parenchymal cells, except for the glucagon-producing A cells found in the pancreatic islets. This antibody has also been reported to work for flow cytometry and immunoprecipitation. Antibody should be titrated for optimal results in individual systems.
