General description
Poly(vinyl alcohol-co-ethylene) (PVA-co-PE) is a hydrophilic non-toxic polymer with good film forming ability. Its other properties include biocompatibility, high tensile strength and low fouling potential.
Application
PVA-co-PE can be used in the formation of nanofibrous membranes for the development of high performance adsorption materials. It can also be used to form membranes for potential applications such as lithium ion batteries, biosensors and microfluidic devices.
