Application
A selective medium for the detection and enumeration of coliform bacteria, including Escherichia coli in water, milk, ice-cream, meat and other food products.
Preparation Note
Suspend 39g in 1 litre demineralised water. Boil whilst stirring until completely dissolved. Cool to 45 - 50°C, mix well and pour plates.
