一般說明

β-DEX 120 柱中的手性固定相包含嵌入中极性固定相的全甲基化 β-环糊精。建议将它们用于众多手性化合物(酮、酯、烷烃、烯烃、醇、酸、酯等)的对映异构体分离。10% (β-DEX 110) 和 20% (β-DEX 120) β-环糊精的含量保持相似的对映立体选择性,但改变了流出的顺序。

毛细管GC柱也称开管柱。载气流过中心孔，并且在整个柱长上不受限制。

應用

β -DEX^™ 120手性毛细管柱用于手性双(恶唑啉基甲基)胺配体的GC分析。
