生化/生理作用

心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)与扩张型心肌病相关,病理表现为左心室扩张,收缩能力下降。cTnI与心肌肌钙蛋白T和C共同组成肌钙蛋白复合体。cTnI可抑制肌动蛋白-肌球蛋白的相互作用。它通过影响Ca2+敏感度参与肌节激活。cTnI也可作为心肌损伤标志物。
