應用

来自面包酵母′(酿酒酵母)的磷酸葡萄糖异构酶的用途:
  • 在血清甘露糖酶法测定中,用于将果糖-6-磷酸转化为葡萄糖-6-磷酸。
  • 作为四酶之一,用于四酶联合反应测定磷酸甘露糖变位酶(PMM)活性 。
