蛋白 G 是 G 群 链球菌 蛋白，是一个大的多结构域细胞壁蛋白。通过其重复的 55 个氨基酸结构域与 IgG（免疫球蛋白）的 Fc 区相互作用。菌株 GX7809 和 GX7805 分别含有两个和三个这样的蛋白重复序列。
應用
蛋白 G 已用于使用表面等离子体共振 (SPR) 分析 mAb（单克隆抗体）与 hCG（人绒毛膜促性腺激素）的协同作用，以及用于从 RA（类风湿关节炎）患者和 MRL- lpr 小鼠中获得的血清 IgG 半乳糖基化。
生化／生理作用
