一般說明

原則
亚硝酸盐检测试剂盒采用Griess试剂，这是一种评估亚硝酸盐的经典方法。在实验中，使用Griess试剂i将亚硝酸盐还原为氮氧化物，然后，氮氧化物与Griess试剂II反应，形成稳定的产物，通过A540 nm下的吸光度可检测出来。一步法简单、快速，可检测出低至1 nmol/孔的亚硝酸盐水平。
