應用

生化／生理作用
白细胞介素-3 (IL-3) 是一种多功能蛋白，最初称为集落形成单位刺激活性 (CFU-SA)，由活化的 T 淋巴细胞产生。IL-3 在多能造血祖细胞的早期发育过程中支持多系集落的形成。IL-3 可诱导琼脂悬浮的骨髓细胞形成巨噬细胞、中性粒细胞、肥大细胞和巨核细胞。IL-3 还与 IL-2 相互作用以刺激 T 淋巴细胞的生长并诱导活化 B 细胞分泌 IgG。IL-3 的其他同义词包括全特异性血细胞生成素、多集落刺激因子、肥大细胞生长因子、爆发性促进活性、产生组胺的细胞刺激因子、P 细胞刺激因子和 WEHI-3 因子。
