一般說明
IgG大量存在于人血清中。它约占血浆蛋白的10-20%。IgG由糖蛋白组成，其中有82-96%的蛋白质和4-18%的碳水化合物。它由四个亚类组成，即IgG1，IgG2，IgG3和IgG4。IgG由四条多肽链组成-两条重链（γ链）和两条轻链（κ或λ链），它们通过链间二硫键连接。重链由N-末端可变域（VH）和三个恒定域（CH1，CH2，CH3）组成。在CH1和CH2区域之间存在铰链区域。轻链具有一个N-末端可变域（VL）和一个恒定域（CL）。重链和轻链在VH和CH1域连接形成Fab臂（片段抗原结合）。抗原与抗体的V区结合。

生化／生理作用
IgG抗体亚型是免疫系统中最丰富的血清免疫球蛋白。它由B细胞分泌，存在于血液和细胞外液中，可防止细菌、真菌和病毒引起的感染。母体IgG可通过胎盘转移至胎儿，胎盘对新生儿免疫防御感染至关重要。
IgG是一种单克隆抗体，可以通过非特异性蛋白酶（如木瓜蛋白酶和胃蛋白酶）在铰链区裂解。这可能导致单价Fab片段或二价F（ab′）2片段。这两种酶具有广泛的底物特异性，导致异质片段。
外觀
抗人IgG是含有15 mM 叠氮化钠防腐剂的液体。
儲存和穩定性
若需连续使用，可在2-8℃下保存。若需延长储存时间，可将溶液分成工作等份冷冻。 不建议反复冻融或存放在“无霜”冰柜中。如果长期储存时出现轻微浑浊，请在使用前通过离心澄清溶液。
