The gene CNPY4 (canopy FGF signaling regulator 4) is mapped to human chromosome 7q22.1. It is an endoplasmic reticulum resident chaperone and a homolog of protein associated with toll-like receptor 4 (PRAT4A).

CNPY4 (canopy FGF signaling regulator 4) is needed for the localization of specific toll-like receptors (TLRs). It enhances the surface expression of TLR4.
