一般說明

转录因子TFAP4(转录因子AP-4)是具有多个不同蛋白质-蛋白质界面的螺旋-环-螺旋(HLH)蛋白。其蛋白质二聚化基序包含亮氨酸重复序列LR1和LR2。HLH结构域负责位点特异性DNA结合。LR1和LR2以及主要的HLH结构域也参与DNA识别和结合机制。
