生化/生理作用
谷丙转氨酶(GPT)介导氨基从 l-丙氨酸转移到 α-酮戊二酸,从而产生丙酮酸和谷氨酸。因此,GPT 在糖异生和氨基酸代谢中发挥着关键作用。报道显示多种肿瘤中都有GPT参与。
谷丙转氨酶 (GPT) 存在于体内大多数细胞中,但在肝脏中浓度最高。由于在肝细胞坏死后 GPT 释放入血液,可作为肝脏疾病的标志物。
