一般說明

鱼油来自油性鱼类组织。可降低血压和高甘油三酯水平。鱼油可用于治疗抑郁症、精神病、注意缺陷多动障碍和阿尔茨海默病。还可减轻炎症、增强认知和降低心血管疾病风险。

應用

步鱼油已用于:
  • 防止大豆胰蛋白酶抑制剂浸出

生化/生理作用

步鱼(Menhaden)油富含ω-3脂肪酸。当添加到糖尿病大鼠的高脂饲料中时,步鱼油可通过提高运动和感觉神经传导速度,改善周围神经病变的终点症状。已证明还可减少大鼠肝脏中的脂肪酸积聚。
