Derived from a thymic tumour induced in a DBA/2 mouse by methylcholanthrene. The cells were adapted for in vitro growth. The cells have been widely used in toxicity and radiation studies.

Fischer′s + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Horse Serum (HS)

例行更新培養

Maintain cultures between 30,000 to 700,000 cells/ml; 5% CO₂; 37 C. Cells grow as small clumps.
