培養基

DMEM + 2mM Glutamine + 100ug/ml Bromo-deoxy Uridine (BUdR) + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).

例行更新培養

Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 8% CO₂; 37°C. Media change twice a week.
