應用
来自人胎盘的胶原蛋白已用于评估奎宁对气道上皮细胞的生物电效应、研究工程化慢病毒裂解肽的选择性毒性以及用于颗粒聚集测定以快速检测金黄色葡萄球菌（ Staphylococcus aureus）上的纤连蛋白、纤维蛋白原和胶原蛋白受体。 在表征人肺肿瘤相关抗原时，它还用于镁依赖型胶原蛋白结合试验。
成分
所有胶原蛋白分子均由以三螺旋构象排列的三条肽链组成，其一级结构主要以三个氨基酸作为重复基序，即每隔两个氨基酸是一个甘氨酸残基，其前面的两个位置通常为脯氨酸或4-羟基脯氨酸。
注意
该产品应在2-8 °C下保存，在此条件下活性可保持2年。
準備報告
它是冻干粉，可以1 mg/mL溶于无菌的.5 M乙酸、PBS或水中。 PBS溶液在-20°C下至少可稳定保存一年。
