生化/生理作用

(−)-儿茶素没食子酸酯可抑制大鼠脂肪细胞吸收葡萄糖。据报道,它还具有抗氧化特性,并能够降低血浆胆固醇水平。(−)-儿茶素没食子酸酯表现出了改变抗生素抗药性药剂的效力。
