生化／生理作用
双环醇是一种抗肝炎药物，在中国用于治疗慢性乙型和丙型肝炎。该药物似乎可以保护动物免受肝损伤。最近，有报道称双环醇诱导肝 HSP27 和 HSP70 的表达，因此抑制了肝组织中转录因子 NF-?B 介导的细胞凋亡和坏死。双环醇似乎通过激活 HSPs 基因的转录来诱导肝 HSP27 和 HSP70 表达。
